Do I need an investigator if I suspect my significant other of infidelity?

The decision to investigate infidelity is a personal one.  However, many of our clients felt they were tired of the uncertainty.  When they felt they could no longer stand to be “gaslighted” any longer, they called upon us to assist them to uncover the truth.  When faced with photographic and video evidence, they received the peace of mind they were seeking and moved forward, with the best possible knowledge.

How do I choose a private investigator?

You should choose a private investigator that is licensed in California (it is a crime to practice private investigation without a license) and is insured.  The ideal investigator will should be educated, and should have experience both in law enforcement and in the private sector.  You should also feel comfortable confiding in your investigator and expressing any concerns you may have. The billing should be straightforward and easily understood, and all deliverables (evidence, reports, etc. ) should be agreed upon in advance.

How much do you charge for your services?

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes.  As licensed private investigators, we are ethically bound to provide you with the utmost confidentiality.  Everything you tell us and everything we uncover will not be revealed to anyone else, unless you first authorize us to do so.

Is all this legal?

Yes.  As licensed private investigators, our services are 100% legal for us to perform, and it is legal for you to hire us. You can rest easy knowing that we conduct our services in full compliance with the law.

I have my mind made up; How do I hire you?

Simply call us at (415) 307-1012 for a free consolation with a licensed private investigator and we will discuss how we can best assist you and a budget that you are comfortable with.  We will then put an action plan together on how best to proceed, and will work within your budget.  We then complete a Scope Of Work (contract) have you sign it, then we begin we you tell us.

How quickly can you start working on a case?

In most cases we request a minimum of 24 hours in order to put an action plan together, as well as allocate the appropriate resources and personnel to the case. However, we understand that unique cases do come up.  Depending on circumstances, we may be able to begin working your case in less time.
